The build is set to offer 130 luxury one, two and three bed apartments and a ‘new way of living’, with roof gardens, resident’s lounges, co-working spaces and six ground-floor independent retailer units.

It is hoped that the development will have a real community feel that encourages residents to socialise and work.

The developers also hope to create a creative, independent hub for businesses that aligns with the huge changes happening in Preston.

It will be beneficial for the local people of Preston as well as Bishopgate residents and the local economy.
