Karen is managing director of Maple Grove Developments and a group board director of Eric Wright Group and joined the business in 2016. Karen brings 33 years property and development experience from both public and private sectors and was previously a development director at Salford City Council and Central Salford Regeneration Company.
Why did you decide to become a PP board member?
Preston is hugely important to me and Eric Wright Group and is our local city. I want to work with and hear from the local business community. I want to help to improve the city with the delivery of its regeneration plan, of which Maple Grove Developments and Eric Wright Group are playing key roles in.
What is your Preston ambition?
To be known as a good city to visit, live and work in and be recognised more widely as the third North West city. To be a city where businesses want to invest.
